Shipping Information:

Every product has its own processing time which is listed on each item’s page(this does not include transit time). Most items on our site have a Processing Time of 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart after your shipping information has been entered.

Due to licensing restrictions with the various sports leagues, we are unable to ship internationally.

The delivery time of your shipment depends on the product availability time of the items you order and the shipping method you select.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Time To Your Door

UPS Ground Shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days transit IN ADDITION TO the stated Processing Time.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Standard Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped the next business day unless otherwise noted in the product information.


Youth Helmet and Uniform sets and full size Riddell helmets are considered an oversized box when shipping via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select UPS. Shipping will be adjusted at the time the order is processed based on the actual UPS rate. UPS Ground shipments will not be effected by the oversized rate and will not required adjustment. Please contact us for a rate quote and we will be happy to provide you one!


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card, minus shipping and handling costs. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted at our warehouse. Please contact us and we will Email you the authorization number. Once issued a RMA, please return the package to us within 14 days. Products returned without a RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags.




Although it is rare that it would be necessary for NFL TailGate Store to cancel an order, we reserve this right in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where any of the following situations arise:

• Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
• Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
• Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
• Fraudulent information.
• Billing and/or shipping address outside of the 50 states.
